Me, Myself & I

I'm Frank, a software developer located in Germany. I'm 35 years old, write code for a living and for recreation, and enjoy a good cup of coffee.

I'm a jack of all trades, master of none. In my day job I usually do Whatever is Required™, build internal and external web, desktop and systems software, and optimize business processes.

I'm a terribly organised person (working on it!), a problem solver, an autonomous employee with high attention to detail, quality and performance. I'm also a little bit obsessed with DX.

Personal

In my spare time I enjoy playing and practicing pool billiards, walks in the nature, cooking and eating delicious food and spending time with my beautiful girlfriend. She is the smartest person I know and supports me in (mostly) anything I do. She not only accepts, but embraces my geekiness.

I'm a passionate gamer. I enjoy FPS, RPGs, Roguelikes and factory building games the most. Interestingly, factory building games share concepts and challenges with software engineering, and especially architecture!

I'm a coffee enthusiast and infrequently work with my 3D printer. You can sink lots of resources into both hobbies, but they are also very rewarding.
